<p>Remeasure Men is a helpful tool that allows you to easily track changes in your body measurements and work towards your body-related goals. It provides a range of features that make it easy and efficient to monitor your progress.</p>

  <li>All measurements are displayed on a body silhouette, providing a comprehensive overview on a single screen.</li>
  <li>The calendar highlights the days with recorded measurements, making it simple to navigate and review previous entries.</li>
  <li>Page swipes enable you to quickly compare measurements over time, even for non-consecutive days.</li>
</ul>

<h3>Progress Graphs</h3>
<p>Interactive and zoomable graphs are available for each individual measure and all active measures separately. These graphs clearly indicate your starting point, target (if set), and trends. You can choose to focus on a specific period, such as one month, three months, one year, or view all your data.</p>

<h3>Progress Tables</h3>
<p>Conveniently access total progress, loss/gain, and notes tables with just a tap of your finger.</p>

<h3>Super-Easy Entry</h3>
<ul>
  <li>There are 28 standard measures visually presented on the body silhouette, allowing you to enter your data in any order.</li>
  <li>In addition, you can create up to 12 custom measures with flexible unit types (length or mass), giving you the freedom to customize and personalize your tracking experience.</li>
  <li>You can set targets for any specific measure you want to focus on and easily activate or deactivate any measure whenever you need.</li>
  <li>Record your daily feelings, activities, and thoughts to gain further insight into the correlations with your measurements.</li>
  <li>Data entry is simple with the option to input numbers using sliding rulers or a keyboard, and the ability to choose between metric or imperial units.</li>

<h3>Calculators</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Automatic calculations for Body Frame, Body Mass Index, Waist to Height Ratio, Waist to Hip Ratio, and Body Fat Percentage are provided based on your inputs.</li>
  <li>The result of each calculation is presented in a bar chart indicating risk ratios, helping you identify areas of potential concern.</li>
  <li>Detailed articles accompanying each calculator provide valuable information based on research, enhancing your understanding of the measurements and their implications.</li>
  <li>You have the flexibility to enable or disable specific calculators according to your preferences through the app's settings.</li>

<h3>Reminders</h3>
<p>Plan your regular measurement taking with customizable options for day and time intervals. This feature helps you stay consistent in tracking your progress.</p>

<h3>Import, Export, and Reset Data</h3>
<ul>
  <li>You have two options for importing existing data: adding new data only (append) or adding new data while overriding old data (merge).</li>
  <li>The app validates data entries and provides an import report to inform you of any issues or errors.</li>
  <li>Data export functionality allows you to conveniently back up your data as frequently as needed, including the option to store it on iCloud Drive if enabled on your device.</li>
  <li>If you decide to give away your phone, the data reset function ensures that all your personal information is securely wiped from the device.</li>

<p>The app is free to use online with advertisements. However, you have the option to upgrade to a premium version, which removes ads and allows you to connect to Apple Health. Additionally, the premium version offers the convenience of offline access.</p>
